By reducing administrative burdens, creating fair contract processes and rewarding excellence, we empower teachers to focus on what matters most - educating and inspiring our students.

From teen centers and anti-bullying programs to mental health and nutrition initiatives. I'm committed to meeting the whole needs of our students in our district. By expanding programs like these, we ensure every child and adult in our community has access and opportunities.

A safe learning environment is foundational to education. We will strengthen partnerships with law enforcement, implement evidence-based safety practices, and create proactive systems like a dedicated School Safety Department. From safe routes to school - to policies limiting distractions, our goal is to ensure every student and educator feels safe each day.

Trust is built through open communication and shared decision-making. By hosting town halls, empowering PTAs and School Community Councils, and ensuring inclusive processes for school and property planning. We can give our community a real voice in education. Every family, educator, and neighbor deserves to be heard as we shape the future of our schools together.

Strong schools depend on strong partnerships. We will deepen collaboration with local businesses, unions, and nonprofits to expand career pathways and apprenticeship programs. By working hand in hand with the Ogden School Foundation and other community partners, we can amplify resources, open new doors for students, and strengthen our shared investment in education.
